Why teams stay with Andes

One dedicated manager, from day one to year ten.

Most global employment platforms route you through ticket queues and chatbots. At Andes, a single account manager owns your relationship from onboarding through renewals. The same person knows your team, your countries and your history, and is reachable directly, in your time zone.

Why Andes

Built for teams who hire faster than the paperwork moves

We handle the legal, financial and logistical terrain of global employment, so your team can focus on the actual climb.

Local, not outsourced-local

Every market is run by in-country specialists who know the labor code, not a call-center reading from a script.

One agreement, one invoice

A single master service agreement and consolidated billing, no matter how many countries your team spans.

Transparent, fixed pricing

Flat per-employee fees with no hidden markups on statutory contributions or currency conversion.

Compliance built in

Contracts, benefits and terminations structured to local law from day one, not patched together after an audit.

A dedicated guide, always

The same manager knows your account from onboarding to renewal, not a rotating queue of support tickets.

Built to scale down too

Add one contractor or ten thousand employees on the same platform, and wind down just as cleanly.

How it works

From offer letter to first payslip

A four-stage climb, with your manager next to you the whole way up.

01

Tell us the route

Share the country, role and start date. Your manager confirms the fastest compliant path within one business day.

Day 1
02

We draft the paperwork

Locally compliant contracts, benefits and, if needed, visa or work-permit filings are prepared for signature.

Days 2 to 5
03

Your hire onboards

We register the employee, set up payroll and benefits, and coordinate any relocation logistics.

Week 1
04

You manage the work

You direct day-to-day work; your same manager runs payroll, filings and support on an ongoing monthly cycle.

03

Payroll runs on schedule

Every pay cycle runs automatically, with full visibility into cost, deductions and net pay before it goes out.

Step 4
Questions

Payroll, answered

Which currencies can you pay employees in?+

We run payroll in over 45 currencies, converting from your funding currency so employees are always paid in their own local currency.

How do you handle tax filings and statutory contributions?+

Your dedicated manager and local specialists calculate and file income tax, social security and other statutory contributions directly with the relevant authorities in each country.

Can I keep using my existing HR or accounting software?+

Yes. Payroll reporting is exported in formats that plug into most common HR and accounting systems, and your manager can set up a recurring export on the schedule you need.

What happens if an employee's pay is delayed?+

Payroll runs are built with buffer time before each pay date specifically to avoid this, and your manager is reachable directly if anything ever needs to be resolved same-day.

Do you support contractors as well as employees?+

Contractor payments are handled through our Outsourcing service; Payroll here covers employees hired directly or through our Employer of Record service.

Payroll & tax handled for you

Ongoing support from your manager

The same manager who set up the hire stays on your account for every question that comes up afterward.

How it works

From first message to fully set up

01

Tell us who you're hiring and where

Share the role, country and target start date. Your manager confirms the fastest compliant path within one business day.

Step 1
02

We draft the contract and register the employee

A locally compliant contract is prepared and the employee is registered with the relevant local authorities.

Step 2
03

Your hire is onboarded with benefits set up

Payroll, statutory benefits and any required documentation are in place before the first day of work.

Step 3
04

Ongoing payroll, compliance and support

Your manager runs payroll monthly and stays available for anything that comes up, from a raise to a role change.

Step 4
Questions

Employer of Record, answered

What exactly is an Employer of Record?+

An Employer of Record is a company that legally employs a worker on your behalf in a country where you don't have your own entity, while you continue to direct their day-to-day work.

How is EOR different from a staffing agency or PEO?+

A PEO co-employs staff and generally requires you to already have a local entity. An Employer of Record is the sole legal employer, so you never need to set one up.

Can I move an EOR employee onto my own entity later?+

Yes. If you later open your own entity in that country, we support a clean transfer of the employee and their records to your new local entity.

What benefits are included by default?+

Statutory benefits required by local law are always included; additional benefits like private health cover can be added on top and are quoted per country.

How fast can someone actually start working?+

Once documentation is in order, most hires are onboarded within about 72 hours; some countries with additional registration steps take a little longer, and your manager will flag that upfront.

Step 4
Questions

Outsourcing, answered

How is Outsourcing different from Employer of Record?+

Employer of Record is built for a specific person you've already chosen; Outsourcing includes sourcing and ongoing management of a team, in addition to the employment relationship.

Can I outsource an entire department?+

Yes, we manage anything from a single contractor to a full department, across one country or several at once.

Who manages day-to-day performance?+

Your dedicated team lead manages performance and quality on the ground, with regular reporting back to you, while you continue directing the work itself.

Can I choose the specific people on the team?+

Yes, you review and approve every candidate we source before they join your team.

Step 4
Questions

Immigration, answered

How long does a work visa typically take?+

It varies significantly by country and visa type, from a couple of weeks to a few months; your manager gives a realistic estimate for your specific case before you commit to a start date.

Which countries do you support?+

We support work visa processes in more than 90 countries; if a country isn't on that list, ask your manager and we'll confirm what's possible.

What happens if a visa application is denied?+

Your manager reviews the reason with you and, where there's a viable path, helps prepare an appeal or an alternative application.

Do you help with visas for family members?+

Yes, dependent visas for spouses, partners and children are managed alongside the primary applicant's case wherever the destination country allows it.

Why we exist

Expanding globally shouldn't mean losing the personal touch.

Most global expansion happens through fragmented tools: a payroll vendor here, a local lawyer there, a support ticket queue somewhere else. Andes was built to replace that with a single point of contact who actually knows your company.

From the first hire to full country operations, the same dedicated manager stays with you, coordinating payroll, compliance, immigration and relocation behind the scenes so you never have to explain your business twice.

What we stand for

The principles behind every engagement

These aren't slogans. They're how your manager and our local specialists operate, every day.

Personalized attention

One dedicated manager stays with you from the first conversation through every payroll cycle after, not a rotating support queue.

Compliance first

Local legal and tax specialists in every market make sure contracts, filings and payroll hold up under local law, every time.

Radical transparency

Clear reporting, direct access to your manager, and no hidden fees buried in a contract you never read.

Speed without shortcuts

Fast onboarding and quick answers, backed by the same rigorous local process every time, not a rushed workaround.

Global reach, local expertise

In-market specialists in every country we operate in, so advice is grounded in what actually happens there, not a generic playbook.

Built for the long run

We measure success by how long companies stay with us, not by how many contracts we can sign in a quarter.
